Sorry but I didn't understand 2nd phase of interview?? There is no such requirement. You just have to be physically fit and you have to be confident. The 1st round is a physical round which also has 3 rounds. (It totally depends on your interview day). 2nd round is Group discussion (you have to discuss any given topic within a group). 3rd round is personal interview (If you get selected in both rounds then you get a personal interview).
Please watch this video till the end. I mentioned all the things. If you have any reference in decathlon so your DRD chance little high. If you haven't any references, you can apply online (decathlon official site). And you can go physically in store as well... Apko revert back to pakka ayega within 30 to 45 days if vacancies are there...
