    Is it possible to get a straight bar lat pulldown bar and set it across the handles? That way it becomes more like a pulldown. Unclear if the handles/movement path will allow for that

    Thanks, but how do I use this in my training? Substitute for rows? Pullups? Should i put on heavy weights or just use it to strenghten shoulderblade muscles?

      Do not replace regulate cable row with this as this is more of a upper back and the upper sides of the back that get hit the most and there is som lat work as it comes down a bit and turns into a row but if u skip say cable row u can choose this but u still need to use the basics

    I wish You would have told what all muscle groups it works. I'm not sure if it works lats, or rhomboids or traps more.

      It's a great upper back builder and it also hits your rear delts (cuase your arms are in a 45°)

      It quite literally works everything apart from the lower back. Great as a finisher move
