Ingredients:
5 cups of cooked Sushi rice
350 grams Raw salmon
1 Seaweed snack pack (alternative: Nori sheets cut in 6 squares)
For Crab Marinade:
8 oz Imitation Crab
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp cream cheese (room temp)
1-2 tbsp Sriracha
For Salmon Marinade:
350 grams Raw Salmon
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp warm honey
For Toppings:
Avocado
Scallions
Spicy Mayo
Sriracha
Black and white toasted sesame seeds
