@@selvamuthukumaran5016 Yes, turbo petrol dct has more power and performance than IVT but DCT has reliability issues due to heating. There are two types of DCT: wet and dry depending on the structure. Dry DCT is economical and efficient with a simpler structure and smaller size, yet wet DCT has superb cooling functions and high durability for higher torque engines. Hyundai offers dry DCT which tends to get heated in india traffic conditions and develops issue in long term. If you are light foot driver then IVT is good and gives good milage as well. I'm getting 10-12 kms in city and 17-19 kms on highways.
@@vssunilkumar oh , thank you what's your experience on creta ivt as of now Any issues ? How is the creta ivt for overtaking ? Is creta ivt feel underpowered in highways ? Have you gone for highway trips ? I have no knowledge on ivt so only I'm asking ?
@@selvamuthukumaran5016 No issues noticed so far after 15 months old and 14000 kms. It's not mean for spirited driving and overtaking on highways requires little planning. That's where paddle shifters come in handy for overtaking. Ride becomes bouncy after crossing 100 kms/hour speed and you will loose confidence and may slow down.
No high speed stability even after spending 22L. 😳 That big panoramic sunroof will reduce the body strength and drastically increase the cost of the car and maintenance. Anyway, end of the day the owner is happy, that what we need. Happy motoring.!

I could not understand one logic here. People are saying that soft suspension will affect the speed of the vehicle. I really don't know how come that is possible. The ground clearance of the vehicle can affect the high speed stability , the width of the tyre can effect the high speed stability and even though the load balancing also may play a role on high speed stability. How come the soft suspension can cause this issue here? Because my 12 years old Fiat Grande Punto have soft suspension. Usually I used to maintain 110 kmph to 120 kmph and sometimes rarely I touch 140 kmph also, I never faced any poor high speed stability issue.
Soft suspension will affect the vehicle drivability and high speed turning. Body roll will be more evident in soft suspension especially in curves. Otherwise its very good for slow speed and bad roads. You wont see much difference in driving if u drive less than 120kmph.
Soft suspension doesn't show much difference in hatchback and sedan's whose height is low. Since SUV's are taller there will be body roll in cornering when suspension is soft.
Soft suspension means body will slant to one side during cornering, the weight shift will give us a toppling effect particularly in SUVs. This reduces the drivers confidence during cornering.
