Perpetual Under Water Water Wheel

If somebody lives near a lake this might be an easy idea to try. When both lead weights drop, the caps with the lead weights could be attached to each other to maintain alignment.
And Alan Bauldree has threatened to sue me if I ever built this because he says perpetual motion is impossible. I'd actually be defaming him because he is a very well respected member of the perpetual motion community and will ask when someone is going to build something to show HIM! He can't resist saying "remove the beam from your eye before you remove the sty from mine". It's what Jesus said. That might've been about Jesus saying believe in God and not proving something to someone else.
