I just worked 12 hours on concrete floors, walked 13 miles in these. No foot fatigue at all. Amazing sneaker, improved upper is legit. Easy choice, great shoe, great video.
Another great video mate, top quality as always. On the shoes, any serious runner will tell you that Nike running technology is far superior to Ultraboost on every level. I have the Pegasus 37 premiums for running and the ultraboost 21 for gym wear. I'd never wear the UB's for running in. They're very much an entry level shoe for people who are only beginning and not really looking into performance and optimising their running. Would love to see you review the vaporflys, now that carbon plate in them is just another example of how serious Nike running is compared to other brands.
I swapped out the Nike thin inner soles 🤗 with a Pharmacy’s thick memory foam gel inner soles 🙀 sizing is a little tricky to figure out but worth the extra comfort with a quality inner sole ✅

Easily, but for sprints I would suggest a carbon plate shoe(Nike zoom fly 3) these are much lighter than the pegasus
