    Sweet lot! Building a road might be tricky though. Lots of big rocks or as my grandfather used to say Quohogs, lol.

    Nice video. 2 questions. How much activity on the railroad that runs a few hundred feet off the property? Noisy trains don't make for a peaceful wooded property.
    Second. Looke like Russel Rd could meet with Beech Ridge Ln where the driveway right-of-way starts. Any chance of those two roads connecting in the future and becoming open to thru traffic?

      This track gets a few trains a day. These two roads are private. It is unlikely they would join as the land owners would need to agree to it.

    I would never buy land I can't get to without a right-of-way. I'll, I'll write it away. I don't like it because my grandfather had to deal with getting to some of our crop fields. And he sold this piece of land with the right away in the deed. And we still had problems so I guess for me unless I can get to it without right of way,i wont buy it

      You utilize many right of ways when you drive on city streets to access your home. This property has a well described right of way to access the property. The only difference here is that Joe Public cannot legally drive on it.
