Billy's Nightmare is a fast paced roguelike game set in the nightmares of the pyjamas wearing boy Billy. Find powerful abilities, explore with your mount and fight your way deeper into the nightmare to find Mr Sandman's stolen Dream Catcher. What do you think about or new enemy for Billy's Nightmare?
Fits great! As do all the other enemies. Are you going to change some of the school levels enemy projectile shapes?

The bear is very successful with the typical child's toy and nightmares, even so, being such a notorious character in the life of a child would look very good as a boss, or that some type of boss is a bear made with parts of others , since it is a toy that when using it a lot ends up wearing out and renewing, that would be a fact with all the others that billy had, in short it is an idea, it would also be cool that a boss had several forms, even so, very good game, I am waiting for the full version now!!

Amusement park would be cool to a New level
Can't wait for when the game comes out here's some ideas too
1. The fight with the bogeyman should take place in a circus because he would want to fight him in the place he fears the most
2. In the background of every boss fight you should hide the bogeyman's hat so when the fight is over and the bogeyman cutscene plays instead of it starting in a dark room it would start with the bogeyman coming out of his hat and walk up to the dead boss and I think you know the rest
3. A cheerleader enemy in the school level that would buff up all enemies until death
And that's all the ideas

About the abilities in Co-op: if one Person picks up an ability do both players get it? I think it would be more Balanced to only give New abilities to the Player who pics them up because you have more firepower in Co-op anhways

Why dont you make one player sacrifice half his health upon revining the friend. This would still punish the players for dying and would solve the sleeping pill problem because they don't gain health by dying.

@@JonasBroman What I also forgot to mention is that the person thet gets revived should get health depending on the amount the other sacriviced.

The game looks amazeing! But I really don't like that there are no consequences of dying. What if revived player would have less max health?

I have a question what happens if they're
2 players and 2 Super pills what if 1 player takes both pills or is it not possible
That's a great question! At the moment it's actually possible for one player to take both sleeping pills and it's also possible to buy them, even if you're at full health. I think we'll have to prevent this in the future.

Very interesting to hear about the sleeping pills decision! Super cool to hear about the possible options you could have picked and what is best for game balance/stopping exploitation. I'm liking the teddy bear and it's bullets too :D

For the level 1 version of the science teacher where he/she runs at billy and blows up, you should make an RC car chase billy until blowing up
We have already added an exploding penguin, shown in Devlog 36. But thanks for the suggestion, Chubeh Gorillas!
@@JonasBroman maybe make it a powerup? You could control it or give it to a dead player to give them something to do while they are dead. But dont give it too much power and maybe a recharge.

I think it would be cool for the player to have at least one more attack. And u can add a new gun every level. The stats of the gun could only change for special attacks or something like that.

Maybe for the the final level it could be going through all the levels but there are corrupted by night tentacles and the boss in each floor is a harder version of one of the buses for that floor
All levels are finished now and on the boss level you will only fight The Boogeyman. But thanks for the suggestion, Billy Burke!
