Adding honey instead of sugar is not going to make much difference, as it is not far off from pure sugar. Just 1 tablespoon of honey will add a whipping 17g of sugar as well as 64 added calories. Instead, after juicing, mix the juice with about 60 / 40 (carbonated water / juice), then add one or two squirts of organic stevia. The result can be just as sweet or sweeter if you like, and will not contain sugar or any added calories at all. Plus, if you juice often, you will save a lot of money by stretching it out, while still getting all the benefits of fresh, natural pomegranate juice.
For me health is all about nutrition and not calorie count. Honey has many health benefits and latest research show that it actually has ability to lower blood sugar. I know it sound crazy! Consuming sweet honey and lowering blood sugar. 😳 Honey is superfood! I don’t think it’s good idea to replace sugar with sugar free stuff even if it’s organic stevia leaf. Sugar free only do more harm to the body.

As a result, honey does NOT lower blood sugar. It is also good to avoid breads, pastries, and keep simple carbohydrates to a very low minimal level. Not only is is 300% times sweeter than sugar, it also has zero calories, as well as zero impact on blood sugar. Even if you are making deserts, pastries, or anything calling for sugar or honey, it can be replaced with Stevia. Such items would have significantly fewer calories, much lower impact on blood sugar, and it would be much healthier for you than honey or sugar.
I’m sure there are better designed citrus presses available, as the one featured tips forward when any great force is applied and needs a steadying hand at the back to maintain stability. Good demo nonetheless. I love a 50/50 mix of fresh pomegranate and OJ…Delicious

I have the same juicer. Two oranges yield approximately 200 grams of juice. I use it more for pomegranates and it is very good.
Works for me I love it. Just wash and dry it as soon as you’re done so it won’t get damaged.

If you are using large size pomegranate then you will need to rotate the fruits to get juice squeezed out from the sizes. I show at 0:53 minutes.
