Solving For X - Addressing the Need For Affordable, High-Quality Child Care (Full Recording)

The pandemic laid bare our nation's inequities related to wages, health care and child care, especially for women. As child care continues to be an ever-present issue for families in Colorado - both in terms of affordability and availability - the call to action for our community is clear: We must invest in every aspect of our child care infrastructure if we want parents to continue to contribute to our workforce and families to thrive.
On Aug. 30, 2023, Mile High United Way and Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC) held a virtual panel to discuss how our community can heed that call, including:
