- Here's the latest release from Bullet Fishing, the braid drone winch. The winch shown in this video has 1500m of 80lb Tasline Spectra braid, with room for a lot more. This winch replaces an electric reel, rod, and battery. This is an all in one unit, weighing in at just 6.5kg with the line and battery, at a cost of $1500 NZD including a charger for the 18.2ah 12v lithium battery which comes with the winch.
The Bullet Fishing braid drone winch can be operated single handed when using a gimbal belt or beach spike. This is ideal for any fishing drone, from the smaller SwellPro Spry, AEE Condor, or the FD1, SplashDrone 4, or even the bigger Gannet, AeroKontiki, and Trident drones.

I have brought all my gear from your shop FD1,rods reels and extras etc and to be honest if this was in your shop when I brought the FD1and other gear about 2 mths back or so, this would of been in my shopping basket as well......I am 65 and no slouch, but this would make the day easier aye....you do Trade in's ?? how much you guys know about swellpro sd4?? my controller shows conninging and does not change it flys it has video so i need to reconnect it ? program it ? can i bring it to u for 6 mins and u show me what to do ?
How many runs can the battery do? Do you also have a battery charger available?
Charger is included. Run time depends on load, but will retrieve quite a few sets
Amy … I reckon a extra battery be a good bet ..if you doing a full day it’s a must for sure,imagine cranking in that line and you know there’s some good fish on the hook and everything stops,now that be a bugger. I have a FD1 and have three batts never used the 3 but better safe than sorry I reckon… I am slowly convincing myself I need one of these winches 👍👌
@@MrDieseldog haha I'm the same, almost have myself convinced. I have 4 drone batteries, almost feel like that's not enough 😅
In the video you talk about 9 amp and 18 amp battery. I average 600 - 700m sets. Can you be a bit more specific on the amount of sets for each battery please. I’m gearing up and updating during winter for next summer.

The 18.2ah lithium battery will retrieve around 6-10 sets depending on load. A 9ah lead acid may pull one set. Lithium are far better suited for the loads that winches put on them
@@paulsfishingsystems sorry but another question. Can you tell me the price difference for the winch with the lithium battery and the lead acid.
