Great video brother! It's a tough deal moving a bus that you just purchased or moving to storage when you aren't quite ready for the road yet! Keep the video's coming as I'm curious what you are going to do with the white bus!
They were very nice officers. I run a motorcoach commercially and the laws are very strict. They do not issue warning tickets when you’re a commercial motorcoach business. I’m glad that they cut you a break.
I'm building a list of bus mechanics and operators as I deal with each problem that comes up. But I'm doing regular mechanical maintenance myself for the most part.
Yeah, same for me. I have a MCI MC9 thru progressive as well. Haven’t really had any complaints. And the roadside stuff is a plus as well. My monthly bill is cheap.
I thought you bought MCI's. The picture you used for the thumbnail is an Vanhool. Also, you talked about safety and it is very important. Well, you should stop completely at a stop sign.
Driving the bus without any form of identification. (I didn't even have the paper tag that day, but now I make sure i get a paper tag from my DMV before I move it)
@@simple6608 No plate? That'll get their attention! When you have a chance, could you tell me how wide the interior is and how long? 45'er? I am planning on getting one and I need to see if my furniture will fit. I will be leaving the interior as is. Thanks.
Every state, secretary of state should provide people who own buses and big commercial trucks temporary tags/plates ONLY for the purpose of driving them to a storage or no further than 100 miles from its original permanent resident/ or place of long stay but to a storage facility, this will avoid being stopped by the police unnecessary. The tags/ temp plates are not to be used when a motor coach or commercial trucks are in service traveling from town to town or stats to state transporting people, or equipment. Best thing is for owners is to have regular up to date tags/ plates if they will be driving them on the road, even to storage facilities and if out of service for a season. Here in Michigan, no vehicle storage place will not allow motor vehicle to park in their premises that doesn't have current valid registration and plates.
Haha, my kids say the same thing! But i want to go on the buuussssssss!
