@@star.killer77-27 No, thank you for sharing your collection! I'm guessing you're an original Star Wars Era fan b/c of the "77" I'm 1978 and I don't find fans nowadays love the original like those born in the70s/80s do! This was a treat! TY!
Fantastic Gentle Giant collection and very nicely displayed with some of the original vintage figures on card. I hope Diamond Select will continue the line, which I collect as well. Wouldn't it be cool to have a Jumbo version of AmanAman, FX-7, Squidhead or Han Solo in Trench Coat? Cheers
@@alli_went_bonkers I won’t stress about it. I think the prices are inflated. I suspect it is because people are at home and are rediscovering collecting. I bumped into the odd piece being sold at general stores and didn’t think to much of it thinking all just scoop a whole collection here and there at a bargain or fair deal. Had more priorities to concentrate on instead of Star Wars stuff. Must say though not impressed with Hasbro and how they are distributing product and simply not releasing the Original Trilogy stuff again in larger numbers. I don’t believe in this inflated markets. Not sure how stuff from 10 years ago is going more that product from 1977 to 1985. Crazy and stupid I think.
@@darthwizzywizard Areed, but did you have to pick those years?? That’s my childhood and you can’t beat that time in life!😂 scratch that. Take ‘84-85 away except for the music, b/c I need my “Culture Club”and my “Huey Lewis and the News!” Oh, and BTTF!🤣 You can have you m otherwise!
Hey brother its addicting right? I'm now going back to mini bust. I had like 5 pieces and I have purchased over 20 in last week lol. Hush don't tell my wife. She's actually really cool about it
I agree. Remember when figures where $2.00? There 12 now and quality isn't the same. For a while they were really stepping up in detail. Yeah I honestly don't even buy the newer toys at all except for maybe a couple just because I liked the figure
I love your collection. In a throw away world it's great to see you preserve these precious collections in such a passionate way. Brilliant! Keep these great videos coming my friend.
These things are amazing.I passed on a GG Yak Face a couple of years ago and regretted ever since and it was only £80 !! My excuse was that I don't have enough room to collect these huge figures on MASSIVE cards. But still regret it !!
I absolutely love your life size Kenner R2-D2....man he's so awesome. How can I get one of those? It would be so awesome to be able to get one of R2-D2 and C-3PO if they made a C-3PO life size Kenner figure. Great collection, and thank you for sharing it with us all. Have a great day and may the force be with you always.
Hi, great collection mate. was wondering do you collect any 6 inch 1/12 scale figure like the black series? .... love your videos please keep them coming.
Wow!! Beautiful collection!! I just discovered this line about a year ago and have had to pay some insane secondary prices! I'm only collecting the droids and aliens in this line because those were the figures I was most drawn to as a kid. Oh, and I've made an exception for the bounty hunters too! Was wondering what your thoughts are on them introducing the new concept Vader and Mandalorian into this vintage line.
I highly doubt they plan to remake the entire vintage line in the life-size scale, but it would still be cool to get a life-sized Gamorrean Guard or a Biker Scout.
You have to best video of this line and thank you for showing us that huge wampa that thing is crazy money $$$ you have the holiday yoda and crumb?.and it would be awesome if they mass produced the hoth tauntaun like on the box of the wamps
If you don’t want to pay the high ebay prices, just check around overseas. Here in Holland one can find some of them (f.i. Yak Face and the emperor) new and for the original price. Shipping will cost a lot though...but you might be able to get them tax free. By the way..loooooooove that jaw dropping collection!
If I get any of these it will be wicket. The Emperor looks awesome though. When I dismiss my basement this March. I might do an Emperor scene with luke and Vader.
Another great episode. Made me seek out a GG Wampa. Just bought him for $450 my Brother. Had to have him for my side show Wampa display. Dr. Jon Tatooine Trading Post on EBay.
Am I the only woman drooling over your collection(rhetorical question)? Very impressive! Thanks for sharing! Omg, R2!
Wow, thank you!
