That was very odd indeed! Also I noticed, this time it DIDN’T say “The menu options may have changed, but not in the way you may think”. It said that each time. This video, it did not. Maybe that means something? No idea. These videos always manage to put me on edge lol especially when I’m in a dark room alone with a wide open door.
It didn't say it the first few times in the first video, then started saying the last time in that one and all throughout episode 2, and now has stopped again.

Earlier it mentioned you stepped into a diamond room (like the diamond door). Now you leave a burning house (like the wood door with scorch marks).
I wonder if each door puts you at a separate spot in time?
Maybe the diamond one will put you before the Lennox act, and the wood will put you after the events of this story.

Once again, it’s interesting to see the recurrence of time as a currency. There’s a specific movie I’m reminded of, however I unfortunately don’t remember the name of it, but it basically consists of the remaining time of your life becoming an actual currency
