You do such beautiful work Ten Little Canvases. All your work/videos are fabulous! I never get tired of your videos, I can watch your work over and over.
They're STUNNING! I can't wait to try it for myself. I have to do some shopping, first. 😊 I really, really enjoyed the music in the intro/outro of part 1. In my past life (all through JH and HS), I was a saxophone player, and to this day, I am mesmerized by the saxophone.
when you have completed the velvet designed nail, will it remain that texture for normal wear? your work is simply elegant and stunning..I can't watch you wotk enough. If you lived near me, I would definitely be a nail stalker..watching you work..lol
I love all your work. do you do sets of vidios or teach with vidios so people can practice at home, I have been doing theses for a while one Moor basic ones. but a lot of people do these I wish Moor techs done them for teaching perposes . thank you so much for showing them.xx
I have only two LED lamps, a Gelish 18G, which I love and is the one I use primarily, I have a CND LED lamp which is great too..both are 5 finger cure....I have an old Thermal Spa UV lamp which works great for my UV only gels but you do have to replace the florescent bulbs frequently depending on your usage.
On the left at 12:36 - you mentioned the different stamps you could also use but they were not listed In the description. Did you say "dashica" ? If so, what plate number did you use?
I absolutely LOVE your tutorials , so creative , almost like the Russian nail tech videos , am in love . You jiggled the nail alittle too much when you were doing the scrolling ,couldn't really see much. Remember that we wouldn't be able to handle out client's nails like that and most of them would want this done in like 2 secs which is so unfair, you can't rush perfection lol! Also we wouldnt be able to do this on own nails which is a bummer . lovely tutorial though
Not all gel paints cure with the really sticky inhibition layer needed to transfer foil, most of my gel paints cure with a more slick, greasy tacky layer that will not work for foiling. You'll just have to experiment to see what works.
I see someone else asked the same question that I have about the type of foil, so sad that I did not buy it from the group buy :( . How do you clean the brushes that you use with gel??
I love all of your videos! One question I have trouble getting foil to stick to my moyra foil gel. Is it because I'm not using moyra foil, or will any foil work?
The Moyra gel is very nice, cures quite tacky in 60-90 sec in LED... but I really think it's the foil that makes the difference...it's thinner than a lot of other foils, really more like gold leaf, it releases from the backing effortlessly. You may need to experiment with cure time in your lamp, that said, some foils might not transfer well no matter what you do. Some foils have a noticeable hazy silver or orangish backing that you need to remove with alcohol to improve the transfer. So far, the Moyra gel and Moyra foil have been the most flawless I've tried.
It's probably just going to take some experimenting with what you've got to get the best results. I will say that the Moyra foil gel and Magic foil have been the best I've tried so far, and I've tried a lot, lol.
what is the best way for making foil to stay on your nails. I've tried with 2 layers of finish gel, polish top gel and building gel and keeps falling off nails
What are you using to apply your foil into? I've never had any issue with it staying on using the foil gel to adhere the foil. The only time I had a problem is when I used Foil glue...that did peel off under two coats of gel top coat.
So me and 'thatnailguy83' on IG are having a debate, wondering why you chose to stamp with regular polish instead of gel to do the first design? And why you choose to do the black thick foil gel to trace after rather than just stamping with it? Ur advise is always most valued❤
Personally, I don't like stamping with gel, most gels just don't stamp well and the ones marketed as 'stamping gels' are just ok, I have a few and I honestly just prefer the crispness of stamping with regular lacquer. I used the foiling gel since I was free-handing the design I drew over the stamp. You can certainly try to use the foil gel to stamp with and then foil over it.
I like the subtle stamping design!

Beautiful. Will this work with just gel paint or does it have to be gel foil paint. Thanks

Ten Little Canvases thanks.... you are the bomb.com BTW
what is the brush that you use with the acetone made of? Thank you 😊
Not really sure...can't seem to find any info on the materials used. The bristles look synthetic.
amazing...maam i need these products..where do i order??
Product links are in the info section under the video :D.
I see someone else asked the same question that I have about the type of foil, so sad that I did not buy it from the group buy :( . How do you clean the brushes that you use with gel??
I use 100% isopropyl alcohol (purchased from a local nail supply house) to clean my brushes, sometimes I use acetone for stubborn darker colors.
pues están hermosas pero como es que son mate y le deja el brillo al foil? podria alguien explicarme
ester garcia pone un top gel matte y despues el foil. es por eso k da ese efecto
I love your videos!!
Again absolutely stunning 😍 Fabulous tutorial TY 😘 xox
Thanks Sharon
I love all of your videos! One question I have trouble getting foil to stick to my moyra foil gel. Is it because I'm not using moyra foil, or will any foil work?
Ardelle's Nails same problem here using different brands of foil gel and different curing time.

What Do you Do to protect the foiled places, if you like the shine from the foil, but like the Matt background. Is that even possible. ?
You can use a small art brush to apply a topcoat to just the foiled areas to retain the matte background.
Where did you get your little stand you put your nail tip on for your nail art?
You can buy them at aliexpress😀
