Very helpful! Thanks! I needed to do a perfect square but with round corners... You showed me the way! Just took the rectangle over the ellipse and worked! So many thanks
Thanks for that quick method. The problem for me would be the rendering time. Instead, I would prefer to do it via Color Page by using Alpha Output and circular Power Windows. This runs quicker as it's GPU accelerated and Resolves native competence.
Depends on how you built the mask, but if your working in fusion, you can just move the video using a transform node before the masked merge nodes. If its in the edit page, you’ll need to build it in your fusion effect. I can look into making a simple tool that can do that on the edit page.
Lots of different ways, but all are too complicated to put in a comment. Basically you can just add it to the mask comp or even build it into 2 tools that work together (one masks and the other is a bg outline).
You would use the little keyframe diamonds that are to the right of most animatable parameters. You set it at the start of your animation, then move the playhead to you desired end time, then adjust the parameter. It will auto save the animation.
Once again you nail it quickly, easily and in a way that we can understand. Thanks.
Thanks, this one is easy to do in Fusion or the Color page.
I love these quick tips! Great work :)
Thanks! Quicker is better.

heyy, great video :) How would I move the circle throughout the clip, so for example let it start out small and then make it bigger?
