Hi I'm Sharon Jurd welcome to my Biz Blitz today.
I want to talk to you about How Do You Reach Your Goal.
We set all 13 Year and throughout the year, but how do you actually get there?
Firstly, I want to share with you that YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING NOW because what you're doing now may not get you to where you want to be.
If you've been doing the same thing last year and the year before and still not getting you to the goal that you want to achieve, then we have to look at the second point: identifying how to change. So understand what you're doing at the moment.
Secondly, IDENTIFY WHAT CHANGES YOU NEED TO MAKE in what you're doing because what you're doing hasn't worked previously.
We need to identify what you need to change:
- Do you need more help?
- Do you need more resources?
- Do you need to be talking to a different audience?
- Do you need a different package?
- Do you need different pricing?
Identify all of those changes.
Thirdly, implement.
If you need to get a coach, then go and get a coach.

1. Identify what you are doing.
2. Determine the changes you need to make in what you're doing.
3. Implement.
