Just like Wash and Tex did before her, and really any other sane, normal person who has to deal with them on a long-term basis (Felix, Hargrove, Locus all started relatively normal but also became more weird the more they had to interact with the reds and blues...)
Locus is currently that guy who is your friend, but would prefer if you kept about a twenty yard distance between you and him lol. I think he's not quite used to the whole 'friend' thing yet. I never considered RvB diverse because i'm not a racist and only saw them as individuals with their own unique personality traits. There's zero need to explain how diverse they are because NO ONE CARES.

I mean, I've always liked how we have such a mixed bag of characters from all over. Grif and Sister are hawaiian, Simmons is Dutch-Irish, if I remember correctly, Caboose is from a colony on the moon, Tucker is black (at least from what we can guess), Donut is from Iowa, etc. etc.
But I've always thought of that as more just cool. Just more interesting facts about the Blood Gulch crew. But it never came from a need for them to be diverse, or anything.

I love this show. I literally grew up watching this. I was 5 years old when this show started (didn’t start watching till I was in 5th grade) but now I’m 21 and still enjoy it as much as I did then. Thanx for all the laughs.
