Great question! And one I don't know! ;-) Nobody uses screen doors here, but Im sure you could do something aftermarket if not.

@@River4life of course! But I would guess 99% no screens. You would have to have a screen door guy come out and put in a new track next to the slider track, and since it is so long, would probably need to do something like bypass sliders, or something.

@@HavasuLew it's just Lake Havasu City.... a fool and their money are soon parted. Who would spend that kind of money for a nothing. Its not like its Las Vegas. For much less you can get a new build with more extras, a home that has a greater chance of increasing in value. For 4M-5M you can live like a King and have access to everything one needs, not like Lake Havasu. This home is a very bad investment! No Way it's worth almost 5M. Good Luck..... haha

@@janerockstar You won't get that in Vegas for that much. And Vegas is not all that. Maybe you missed it, but it's made for the Havasu life style. Havasu has all you need for someone into boats and the desert. The house is not on top of others in a big gated community with tons of HOA rules like you would find in Vegas.
There are houses in Vegas, this price, with half of what this house has that are 20 years old. This has an acre of land, good luck getting that with a house like this in Vegas. And unlike Vegas, it doesn't take you an hour and a half to cross town with traffic.
@@PTRRanger951 I like Lake Havasu, it's a nice place to visit. The prices in Vegas have fallen quite a bit, I'm surprised and not too happy about it! The home behind us finally sold, they had to take off 500K . on a 2M home, new build 1/2ac 4300 sqft. pool and basketball court ect. Hopefully your very beautiful home sells and I'm wrong. Interest rates will not be falling anytime soon though.
