I like how they give us the Planet of the Apes movies backwards, Forwards, In the middle then forwards again. Now I gotta make a whole collection to make this all make sense again.

The bad news is that I don't think any of these will stand the test of time.
They are movies made for the current times of AI and special effects.
Really solid story telling would be good to see, something 20 years from now

Every single "of the apes" story/movie is the same throughout every iteration since the original and is thoroughly un-fun without any relief at the end of the story. Evil is evil for implausible reasons and good fights without conviction and fails every time. Might as well be a Transformers plot.

I am so burnt out on superhero movies. I don't really mind the spoof bits like Argylle or The Fall Guy although you are right it has been done to death.
At least with the Plant of the Apes is probably the only reboot series that was done better than the original. I enjoy all of them but besides DUNE 2 nothing jumps out at me that I really have to see in the theater.
They've done all races. I guess after an Albino & a little person it'll wrap up.

@@ConaLes Well if you want to earn a living being in movies, Hollywood is the place to be. I get it, it's supposed to be an "evil" town full of "evil" people, but even if the movie you are in is made in Atlanta (a hotbed for movies these days) the reality is that it starts & stops in Hollywood. You don't necessarily have to LIVE there, but you go to auditions, take meetings, talk to producers, directors. I don't even know why I have to explain this.

I would watch all these movies they look pretty cool. I especially like the beekeeper and I’m glad to finally see a new planet of the apes and the spy movie with Henry cavil looks pretty cool. I quite like these new trailer compilations. I would undoubtedly get bored watching the whole movie; sometimes I can't even watch the whole trailer. It's a nice compact & cheap means of viewing what's new.
If it's not a stand up comedy special on Netflix or Apple plus then you know the producers have no faith in the movie being shown in the theaters. Which means it will not be good at all. 🤔 .I don't care who stars in it.
