Oh mate, absolute life saver. I did the other flat seat mod with the shorter spacers a while back but it didn't flatten it out as much as this. Never knew there was settings at the rear.. Cheers!
I always have big problems to close the saddle .. is there a way to facilitate the closing? although this is an economic but very functional modification
I struggled the first time but managed to do it yesterday. Just focus on getting the rear slot in then the front vertical metal piece in the slot, so it's straight

Definitely works but leaves a huge gap between the seat and tank.
Just did this on my 2nd Gen...a bit fiddly at first to make it lock, but once it does, really solid ! Thanks!!!
This works great for a stock Tenere' seat. I tried it on a Sargeant and it was a no go..... I like the idea, thank you for that. I'll keep trying.

Certainly does. I am the same height, it keeps the seat high but is level. No more trying to stop yourself sliding

Just tried on my XT1200Z first generation. It DOES NOT work at all. Impossible to lock seat with this mod.
