We've been blessed to visit Moorea 5 times, and looking forward to #6 later this year. I don't say this to brag, but to explain how this island has captured our hearts! I've seen many, many videos of Moorea.....but this video is absolutely THE best in capturing the serene beauty of the island. Thanks for putting this together!
Been to Moorea four times - it’s my favorite island on Earth - and the first thing we do once settled is to drive around the island…it’s a short ride but it’s wonderful to get a feel for the island. My dream would be to own a nice cottage on Cook’s Bay…the water is so beautiful and calm there that it’s impossible to not feel relaxed…
I got a Tattoo in that resort back in 1999 on my Honeymoon @1:51 the Pointed building to the left was the main bar and restaurant we did it at the bar in the morning What an amazing place. Thanks for bringing back a lot of memories'
Thank you very much! I am very pleased that you like our video. Bless you too and love back to New Zealand from Germany. Its a great and beautiful country! Have been there 20 years ago for work and travel 🙂
I, too, miss it terribly. It's been many years I was last there, and from what I've heard and read I feared it had been paved over with concrete, like the worst of the Hawaiian Islands. In recent videos of Bora Bora I've seen here on RUclips, that entire lagoon seems to have been overbuilt with overwater bungalows, spreading like spiderwebs on every single motu. Your video here gives me hope for Moorea. It's hard to hide overdevelopment from the air. Thank you for sharing!
@@CHRISTINE162004 we traveled to French Polynesia 25 years ago, for hubs 50th birthday. Loved it so much went back 5 years straight. actually stayed 2weeks@time then, much more reasonable. Cook islands also great choices....... .my choice Aitutaki. FYI Taveuni Fiji third largest island in Fiji also called Garden Island... World famous soft coral diving... world heritage still pretty much laid back. We fell in love with Fiji 2003 (dive trips)and retired there in 2007 and have a modest home on an acre of property.
@pete Definetly not for the wildlife and marine life. I guess it depends on what you put your value in. The more you give Humans the weaker they become. It's just feeding the beast.

Thank you. Yes, they have drone laws. On Hotel property you have to ask the staff for a permission. I had no problems at all. Today it might be diffrent from 2019. You will find it on the internet.
If you dont go to the big hotels its quite cheap. You can rent a room, apartement or house and go to grocery stores. You need a scooter or a car on the island. For the scooter 50cc there is no drivers licence required.

Once the masses get their hands on God's beauty they destroy it! I never travel anywhere, but this is the only place on Earth I long to visit!
Yep and the people there now have a better quality of life

IS Moorea and Papetee an international place ? I got an interview from there. I like the sea, but these island seems too far for me : ) thanks
Papeete is tha capital of Tahiti. There is the int. Airport. Moorea is next to tahiti. You get there in 15 minutes by plane or 30-60 minutes by boat.
I want to go there and stay for the rest of my life..........

How can I get a job there? YT community, can someone help, or even assist?
Dommage que la musique ne soit pas une musique locale ... ça aurait bien matché avec le décorum !
