I'm SCState AllDayEveryDay but I was soooooooo happy to see them; especially since they were saying they didn't think they were coming. It was the BEST Battle of the Band I've ever been to and I've been to a lot.

Y’all can say bcu don’t crank or that they’re boring but that power they have when they come in at 19:10 is insane and they send all that across the field while still being balanced and not having to go into a full squat to play loud, they’re not loud, they’re powerful

Cookman is so predictable but consistent with whatever they do definitely one of my top bands, I enjoy, but I do wish they would step it up and just not be so predictable.

Every single person wearing a band/auxiliary uniform is a student at their respective HBCU (in states like Florida, Virginia, South Carolina, Ohio, etc…). Along with being in the marching band, they are getting an education while doing what they love: performing and making music.
