How do you answer the phone when it is closed?
I have to turn it on, swipe up, find the phone app, hit return to call, then swipe up again while fumbling for the speaker button.
There has to be a better way & I'm just not seeing it.

I have the Serrano 3 and I wish it had a fingerprint sensor. But it's still a nice phone for what I need it for, which is basically for emergencies and doctor appointments. I usually do all my blabbing through Skype. (I only talk to my daughter on Skype and I communicate with my son through email)
The only thing that could be better is finding things on the phone. EX: My phone number (I have such a hard time finding it and I haven't had the ability to retain it in my memory) and also, where to go to change my outgoing voicemail message??? I found it once when I first got the phone 6 months ago, but haven't been able to find it again! 🥴
I just received it and it doesn't even go past the startup screen. it turns on n off can't do anything with it. But send it back to provider and hope they fix it, but I doubt it

It has sub $100 hardware specs, so about the only way it makes any possible sense at all is when a Verizon customer purchases it for -$51.
I have had this phone about a week now and my honest opinion it's a good phone it takes decent pics and videos it's worth buying

I'm wondering the samething, I qualifyed for the free qlink plan but the phone that said it was compatible now says it's not. So they offer this one. And some other really cheap looking ones

damn annoying name for a product hot pepper, if you try to find something about it i just get video's of people eating peppers
meh, stupid name.. they also go by 'hp' which is stupid considering hewlett packard.
there's also very little support for accessories, they seem to be dead in the water
if they were smart they'd send out phones so people can review them, they have 0 footprint.
