Can’t be as bad as your OC calling pass plays while in your opponent’s territory with a chance to seal it with a field goal, after that catch by Julio Jones Idk why Shanahan didn’t just call running plays from that point on, y’all were at the NE 22 yard line so that’s inexcusable, no wonder Shanahan has lost EVERY Super Bowl he was a part of🤷♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@phillyeaglesforlife5127 thats why i cheer against the 49ers every time they reach the super bowl. Shanahan left and took the offensive power with him. He deserves every loss he gets from this point on unless he chooses to return to Atlanta and right this wrong.
@@erikwilliams4866 I was glad when they Niners lost because of all that shit they talked after they beat us last year, that was CRAZY the mouth of shit they were talking, the WHOLE time I knew they weren’t gonna win it all
Great plays but as always a simple fundamental at work, always. Keep your eye on the ball. Coaching little league and pitching batting practice the first at bat I'd have them close their eyes. I'd then pitch and tell them, honestly, when to swing eyes closed. Lesson: If ya can't see it ya ain't gonna hit it, or catch it, or kick it, or shoot it . . . . . . . .
Watched it with a large part of my extended fam. Everyone had given up at halftime (understandable, sort of) but me. It's the team, it's Bill, it's Brady! Come on! What a memorable game.
@@mrbigglesworth375 Well that would depend on whether or not they decide to go for it on 4th downs when it’s unnecessary, I get it worked for them before the NFC Championship, but you gotta take the points whenever you can against a team like the Niners even if you have the lead
Yeah, the Texan/Jag one, the defender was trying to knock it down. He just knocked it down into the Jax player. Just goes to show even when you do it right, it goes wrong.
You don't have these kinds of magical plays and occurences in basketball, soccee, baseball or any other sport. How about a pass from Bradshaw (Pittsburgh Steelers) to John Fuqua, deflected by Jack Tatum (Oakland Raiders) caught by Franco Harris……Steelers beat Raiders 13-7. 1971????
would you look at this, 2nd out of 2 videos by this channel i've NEVER come across until 10min ago and its a DIFFERENT "part 1" with NO LINK to a Part 2 in a pinned comment to finish the "top 10" just stop dude. either upload what you can (top 3-top5) cuz you can make these reels longer than what you've got them at. or pin the damn rest of them in the top comment. this is beyond annoying
You failed or you’re just young. Because if in that top 10, the number one wasn’t the immaculate reception I’m shaking my head. Because that plane actually won the Super Bowl.
Last year's NFC Championship game where Brock Purdy threw a certain interception and it bounced off the Detroit CB (Kindle Vildor)'s facemask and right into the arms of the 9ers receiver for a huge gain.
That Edlemen catch is a perfect example of why I don’t think TB12 is the goat. Gronk had a similar catch in another SB. And we saw what happened to “Tompa” without Gronk
I am a Jet Fan ergo, a Pat Hater and I’ll say there was literally nothing at all lucky about what Julian Edelman did, to me it was the greatest non-touchdown in Super Bowl history. Now it only goes down to five, so I’m assuming if it went all the way to one David Tyree play is somewhere there. That whole play for Tyree was incredibly lucky.
American football is a violent sport, and in these political correctness era, it is difficult to tell for how long the sport will survive as an all time favorite for Americans however the stories, highlights and epic plays can't never be scripted, it is a thing of randomness beauty....!
The only one that was with effort and athletic ability was the Edelman catch. The rest in here do not belong alongside that catch. 1 was skill, the rest were luck
I could’ve totally imaged this I dunno but I remember this one time I was watching a Miami Dolphins game and there was a pass thrown that bounced off 2 different defenders’ helmets then into the hands of a receiver for a touchdown
Im biased im a pats fan but that edelman catch was not luck... it was all skill and determination. Similar to the helmet catch. Timing and luck have a hand in every play but the other clips in this video are better fits imo.
I’m shocked that the 2009 pass from Drew Brees I think to Mecham when it was intercepted and meet him snapped it out the corners hands and ran off with it. It was 2009 Saints versus Redskins. I know that much.
That wasn't luck, that was straight skills from Jules.
Pure concentration. Glad this was the top comment when I got here.
Even as a confirmed Pats Hater, I have to say the same thing. That was pure effort w/ zero quit
I’ve watched it over and over before and I gotta say edlnut was tracking that ball till the end. There was a bit of luck in there tho.
I will say lucky the ball ended up in a place Jules could catch it.
Agreed
That Edelman catch still haunts us Falcons fans to this very day
The fact that the falcon defenders fell victim twice to lucky catches on this video shows what falcon fans have been through over the years.

Interception was chillin on his cheeks🤣🤣🤣
Probably the only dude who cas say his ass kept the play alive and literally mean it 😂

Them cheeks after a Diddy party just grabbing ints in the nfl😅😅😅
The Butt Pick 😅😅😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣@@curtisclayton8023
"Intercepts with his cheeks" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Ole Edlenutz pulling it in.
The Edelman catch is the wildest catch I've ever seen.
Antonio Freeman, Monday night game winner OT

"He did what?!?!"-Al Michaels
Luck is where preparation meets opportunity, baby
The one from Jules was pure focus/ concentration and skill! No luck there!
Watched it with a large part of my extended fam. Everyone had given up at halftime (understandable, sort of) but me. It's the team, it's Bill, it's Brady! Come on!
What a memorable game.
That Jules catch wasn't luck. That was pure determination.
Missed 2024 NFC Championship: bounces off defenders face mask and to SF receiver for a touchdown.
yea i was looking for that one. Lions should have won that game. Maybe this year

The Edelman catch was luck. But skill and determination made it happen too
It was hard watching Marvin Lewis on that Bengals sideline for all them years
knocked down…. OH HE CAUGHT IT!!!!!
Never tip a ball in the end zone ever
Yeah, the Texan/Jag one, the defender was trying to knock it down. He just knocked it down into the Jax player. Just goes to show even when you do it right, it goes wrong.
that last one, the deflection and a catch, by the Chiefs looks just like the Auburn play against Georgia
Yep.
Do not remind me. Im still pissed about that game
@@mhayes22167
Don't forget the Georgia the week before.
That catch was the moment the game changed in the sb 😢
The Edelman play wasnt luck. That was skill. Replace it with the Antonio Freeman/Favre play
lattimore with the cake interception will always be fkn hilarious to me. 😂
You know the damn FALCONS gonna be on here multiple times. Gotta be tuff to be a Dirty Bird
That one pass landed on some cake.
No luck on Edelman son. Dude skillfully caught that on 3 dudes
Edelnuts quick reflexes to not only cut back to get to the tipped ball but also grab it after a bobble cause the foot knocked it out
I remember the jags one.
An experienced coach would never teach to bat the hail mary. You take the ball to the ground. Never deflect. Kids....
See the skill pays off..
Edelman was skill.
Oh, please.
The Immaculate Reception started a dynasty.
Rookie list...

Man ... that BS, they would show back to back plays from my Falcons! Hell....that play from the SB hunts me until this day! SMDH!!
Nothing lucky about the Edelman catch. Just crazy effort and skill.
Joe Buck is sooooo bad
YEa gotta agree.. Eddlenuts catch was awareness and skill not luck... SO many "lucky" plays.. that wasnt luck
Green.
Concentration! 😐
All great doe! 🫸🏾🫷🏾
Even tha Butt catch 🤨🫣🤯😆
Also, Higgins had one against the Ravens recently. 😉

How wasn't Franco Harris catch for the win in the Superbowl didn't make this is beyond anything 😮
I know this is the NFL but you need to look at the bobbeld pass from the Auburn Georgia game. I think it was in 2013
I am a Jet Fan ergo, a Pat Hater and I’ll say there was literally nothing at all lucky about what Julian Edelman did, to me it was the greatest non-touchdown in Super Bowl history.

Number 9 was just a dumb play by the defense, he could have just caught it. Instead he decided to volleyball spike it back to the offense
The two hail marys were luck. If luck is defined as what happens when preparation meets opportunity.
I can’t wait for pt 2
Where's Franco's 'Immaculate Reception'?
#8 was crazy on three defenders
#6 is fucking awful because he taunted, I fucking hate the Chiefs
Too people-ly- I’ll just stand over here. Hey, lookit what I got!
That wasn't luck, that was straight skills from Jules.

Top 10 luckiest plays could all be Elway vs Chiefs plays
waiting for foles throwing a horrible pass that the defender jumpkicks to his receiver

I don’t understand why more players don’t just wait for the rebound on a hailmary cause you know the defense going try to slap it down
I know the Immaculate Reception is old hat, but nothing fits the title better.
Depends on which team you're rooting for.
Scripted or not Falcons vs Pats was somethin special!
Red gloves actually came in handy with the replay 😂
Edelman got unlucky then used skill, I don't think it was too lucky
Edelman shouldn't even be on the list. He has talent + perseverance
The Tyree catch the immaculate reception and the Antonio freeman play aren't in here
its not luck, its exactly how it was supposed to be✝️
Luckiest of all time was the tuck rule to screw Al Davis.
They need to change the rules so that if your knees are already on the ground it's not a complete pass
Who ever made this video is NOT a Falcons fan 😂
Slam it into the ground and stop trying to pad your stats with an interception.
Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good
You better put some more respect on Edelnut, damnit.
I don't understand the first one am I missing something
As a falcons fan, I feel attacked
Where is Antonio Freeman catch with green bay
There’s a few on here that were skill and not luck.
lattimore intercepts with his cheeks has got to be a top 5 quote oat
Should include the Immaculate Reception
A pick off from the butt crack is crazy!
I hope the immaculate reception is number 1
“Intercepts on his cheeks” 😭😭😭
Where is D Hopkins Hail Mary catch at
Where's the Jason Sehorn catch? That's a crazy one
How can you not have the Randel Cobb butt catch haha😂
Green and Dalton one of the best duos in history.
All are superbowl or division games
People paying attention , not just luck
Mariota throws TD pass to him self.
I know 10 better ones already.
i was there for the butt interception game
"intercepts with his cheeks" is wild😂😂
David Tyree would pike a word.
No Cobb against the bears? Best one ever
ty for these clips - makes my day

The immaculate reception.
