Esmee Heebing Hello Esmee! I am a beginner journaller and I am really inspired by your videos! I have a question- how do you balance making practical traditional “bullet journal” type entries (like to dos, weekly spreads etc) with personal diary style journal entries where you write about your thoughts or what happened in your day? I’m really struggled to develop a style that works for me that incorporates planning with journaling for mental health. Could you advise? I hope this makes sense! Love from England xx
@@marmalademol Hello!! Welcome! I basically one day decided that I wasn't going to plan out my bullet journal ahead anymore, because my needs change everyday. One day I have a crazy long to do list the other day I just want to journal and maybe draw a bit. So today I just start with writing down tuesday january 15. Then I do waterever I need. Maybe just a small to do list or a full spread of journalling and pictures. Give jourself the space to do what you want with that empty page. And sometimes I have a crazy week and make a traditional weekly spread. Or a small tracker for just a couple of days. I hope this helps!

so many great textures and layers 😍 keeping on top of my money is a big goal of mine this year too, i keep getting smacked over the head with big bills though lmao, hopefully it settles down soon haha. Such a good idea to keep shared/personal expenses separate though, I put mine all together and it's been a bit confusing! Good luck with finishing the bathroom remodel!

which ink pad are you using with the alphabets???
I am using the dew drop brilliance ink pad in black. Make sure you buy the brilliance, I find they don't bleed through a journal.
