If this s24 variant being reviewed is availablel globally then it's a no brainer. However, s24+ in most countries is using EXYNOS and not SDG3. It's definetly a deal breaker for gamers and specs conscious consumer.
I have small hands and the s23u is perfect. It's bigger than a 6.1, but its not a big item. And to the screen, it's the best in the world. He who has seen a s23, s22, and other similar phones knows, the ultra has better looks
Watching this in my S24+ and I hate the display. The issue is that it's not even low saturation, it's more like low contrast because it has this slight grayish cast over everything. The phone also tends to heat up very easily and the night pics/videos are grainy as disgusting (even after playing around with the settings). Back in Feb damsung rolled out an update to add "vibrancy" but it only increases it by like 2% - barely nothing. I switched over from my Flip4 and I hate it LOL I started the return process already and will be switching to the S23 Ultra. I've had samsungs since the S6 and this is the first time I've genuinely hated a phone so much lmao Almost had me debating iphone, that's how bad the S24 line is.
No, they pushed an update around Feb but the issues have not been resolved. I got my S24+ two days ago and it's such an eyesore (along with the bad quality of pics/vids in low lighting) that I'll be returning it and getting the S23U instead. Samsung first tried to fix the vibrancy issue but once the update rolled out and it did next to nothing compared to natural mode, they changed tactics and released a statement saying that it was apparently intended to be like that in the first place lol
