  • In this video, I am showing you how I use some reclaimed hardwood flooring to transform them into some usable material for other projects.
    Tools used: jointer, planer, table saw & a lot of clamps

    What did you use the wood to build? I have about 600 sq ft of hardwood flooring i acquired for free..

    I rip the tongue and groove plus a small amount from the reject pieces and glue those into the good pieces. Uses the scrap and gives me wider square stock.

    Curious if running the stained/lacquered side of the boards through your jointer gunked up you jointer blades.

    This only makes economic sense if you've got lots of free flooring and lots of spare time.
