Can i get the dimensions of Parthenon
I was really surprised how much cutting power (and torque) this saw had out of the box. I've used other (10" saws) previously and was pretty surprised with the speed and cutting ability of this Dewalt saw.I have bolted mine to a table to minimize movement which I highly recommend.This is a Great saw ruclips.net/user/postUgkxPeGkHOMe05FySypTOvYumxMn-xi39oRe with a light to see your cutting line (not a laser line).I'd recommend this saw fro anyone looking to upgrade from a 10" miter saw.

Curious if running the stained/lacquered side of the boards through your jointer gunked up you jointer blades.
*I was able to use the stop to cut my pieces all the same **MyBest.Tools** Only let the blade come to a complete stop before lifting it back up otherwise it might 'catch' the work and inadvertently move the stop. Used a second clamp for holding.*
So turn expensive material into cheaper material lol
They said it was "reclaimed" flooring, so perhaps it was destined for the garbage

Did the electrical outlet box interfere with the rotation of the saw when making angled cuts. It look close.

You must be a tall guy if 40” is a comfortable working height for you.

It's so simple, Just go to Stodoys page and enter woodworkers world.
I rip the tongue and groove plus a small amount from the reject pieces and glue those into the good pieces. Uses the scrap and gives me wider square stock.

You are a young man just starting this hobby. I am an OLD man just starting the hobby. And I found your video to watch before attempting my first bowl. You showed me how, and that is great. It is always good to see young people doing good, creative things. I see you have not posted in quite a while - probably because you are busy in your school career. Good luck with it all. I will check back to see if you have added new things in the future, and meanwhile, I will check all of your older videos.

How do you cut on a 45 or any angle ? let’s say you need a 2x4 91-1/2 long ?
Exactly my thoughts. He didn't allow for turning to a 45° on the plug side. Looks like it'll hit the plug box

I like it .If you need to cut a longer board ,say a 2 X 4 X8 ,you are limited . One suggestion , If you were to add a little door either on the left or right side wall, in line with the saw you would not be limited . A small flap or awning on the outside to keep the elements out when closed . Your concept is great ,I hope to see more of your work .
