I was unable to cut an even wen i do i don't manage to get neat slices so i just stopped placing my cheesecakes in fridge , i did take note it soooo simpler to slice into neat slices wen kept outside

Hi i would try it out , i have everything , i have buttermilk but no choc and no sour cream , can i skip the topping
