I have departed from american football and have landed in the world of rugby. I was a football fan most of my life, until I began to gripe all the time about how lame football had become. Here is rugby, a sport where athletes tackle and hit without the unnecessary plastic armor, the rules are simple, the game is faster, the goal posts are still on the goal line. Glorious!
Legendary video bro, keep up the good work. Definately think Damien Steven's try deserved a mention as well as Veauinu try against Argentia(with Vuna's offload) Also Ed Fidow try vs Russia. Anyway great video man👍😉🇿🇦
Awesome choice of clips for this vid and great editing 👏 love all the vids on this channel, have subscribed and also definitely recommend others do so aswell if you enjoy good rugby montages 👌
For that George Bridge try vs SA, wasn't the pass from Sevu Reece to #6 a touch forward? I mean, when he passes, he is in the NZ half, but the receiver picks it up about 2m in SA half. Check it out around 7:08. England supporter here in case you were thinking any bias. Stay safe and swing low, baby! 🏴🏉
I would say that it is because the momentum of the ball pushes it forward, but also the the ball, and thus Reece, was in front of Bridge at the time the pass was made. South African here 🇿🇦, so I’d love to agree… as I did in the moment 😂
Gareth Davies stealing the ballnoff the whinging Aussies will always be the best moment for me. You could hear them shout offside on the other side of the planet but he wasnt.
Poor Owen. As good a player as he is (absolutely first rate), his legacy will probably be remembered for dodgy hits and being made to look a bit stupid by Cheslin Kolbe in the RWC 2019 final. As things stand, though, Farrell still makes my All Time XV. He's on the bench (so All Time 23 I guess), to cover flyhalf (Carter gets the jersey) or centre (Sella and O'Driscoll).
what about the set piece move from NZ, where Sean Malloney goes, "THE ALL BLACKS HAVE HIT SHUFFLE ON THEIR WORLD CUP PLAYLIST, AND HAVE LANDED ON AN.... ABSOLUTE....BANGER!!!!"
@@GGRUGBY Watch it bro. Georgia player reaches out in an attempt to shove the Australian chaser, regardless of whether it failed. That is ruled an obstruction. In the rulebook, it would read the following: "A player must not intentionally prevent an opponent from having the opportunity to play the ball, other than by competing for possession." In this case, playing the ball is chasing the ball carrier, the Georgia player attempts to slow down the chaser, obstruction... Great video though! Edit: Punctuation
@@lukejones8408 lmao Wales best team in the northern hemisphere ?? your only win this year is against Italy, even Scotland is better than your team. Wales far behind England Ireland and France
Have to be extremely accurate and fast, in order to tempt opposition into interception but going straight to target. Look at Farrel to May Vs Ireland in 6 nations 2019, and try some yourself, quite difficult to pull off. Also are normally fired at a group of players but only supposed to pick out 1 of them to keep opposition guessing. Watch farrel to sinkler in this video
We used to do flat passes down the backline when I used to play 1st XV. Although they may be somewhat challenging, throwing a flat pass is what we used to do to get someone to hit the line with pace. I feel as though complicated passes such as behind the back or in some cases between the legs, are leagues harder than a flat pass and therefore shouldn't be considered the same difficulty. I just realized that this is a fucken essay that I don't really give a shit about lmao 🤣
Thumbs up For best handoff Video
