You need to invite Matt for a GFRED race or two. Alternatively you should get a load of Pro's on the stream like Matt, The Professional, Fail Race etc and do a GFRED, that would be amazing!!
Next you should do one with failrace. He does “survive the hunt” where he drives around the city and pretends to be ai while people hunt him. He has to explode cars and survive for 24 in game hours to win. He would be good for random places in the city, I’m not sure about sandy shores and other places

If you only watch Broughy for the occasional race testing, you are really missing out. Check out the racing Broughy puts out each week. The 'Random' races are a lot of fun, and the Gfred races are full of hijinks.

Was that not Franklin’s house? It was down the street from the little park type thing where he plays catch with Chop. (Specifically after Michael and Trevor’s Madrazo job where they shoot the plane down) Plus: his house is close to the road the goes along the dam. I remember the wall that keeps it level.
