Uh, well, i guess ill be the bearer of good news He, uh, did The nornal mode is the hd versions hard mode and the hard mode is the hd versions Very hard mode, they specifically added that in so people could play the og games difficulty if you want (on a new save after unlocking a difficulty once you can choose any difficulty you want) so if you want the game to play like og dmc 3, just start a new save and choose hard, then play very hard and then DMD, DMD wasnt any harder either, it was just normal and hard that were altered, and they are both represented in this version

If there's one mission i hate with all my soul it has to be Mission 17 or as i call it "The Cube Room of Suffering" man i hated that room with a passion, especially with Vergil. The room with the spinning wheels is just BS with Vergil since he lacks the Trickster ability.
Solid video man. Personally, getting the bloody palace and higher difficulty related trophies were pretty easy for me. Primarily, because I used Vergil and spammed his summon swords and Lunar phase. But damn, some of the secret missions annoyed the hell out of me.
After getting my plat, my save file was corrupted. (I did most missions on Gold, then went to yellow, which someone affected my gold save) In conclusion, do yellow first, then gold, or just play yellow and never start a new save of gold.
I found dmc3 platinum was not that bad the only trophies I struggled on we're being the game of the hardest difficulty and the one blue orb statue in mission 17 with bewolf.
i actually dropped DMC 3 today because i lost my progress and just couldn't do it again. I liked the game and a lot of its content, especially the soundtrack sunce it has my favorite song in it (also Nevan because of obvious reasons), but it was just so damn frustrating that i don't want to keep trying. Time to move unto dmc 4. In conclusion? good video, liked subbed.

jump cancel beowulf + spiral/handguns switch was my go to all the way during dmc3 without a sweat since ps2. in case someone crushes their mind that the game is too hard just learn this technique and it will be a cake walk
I don't know man, DMC 3 has the strictest requirements of earning a S Rank & some BS Enemies to deal with. I mean i get it that the Platin Trophy is the easiest but i think it could be easily the hardest of the series when there's a trophy of earning all s rank in every difficulty, especially DMD where you must No hit if you want a S on damage.
@RadTuba03 DMC4 is an ultimate grind. While it is not as difficult, it is still difficult because you cannot neglect collecting red orbs and still have to be stylish and on time. Its complicated in a way. DMC3 S ranks are terribly difficult.

DMC3 plat felt like a casual playthrough after having to deal with DMC2 bloody palace. If that mode was even playtested, then the testers were incompetent or psychopaths for allowing that garbage through.

I had to clarify this in my DMC 4 video. Basically, I don’t have a capture card and just use the ps5 built-in recording and screenshot system so I record the gameplay and take screenshots of the trophies, I then overlay those trophy screenshots over the video so the video remains seamless and the flow isn’t interrupted like in my older videos eg: Spider-Man 2 where the video would pause for like half a second every time I showed a trophy. Hope this clears it up 😎
I am so tired of people saying DmC is a bad game. It is in no way a bad game. It is a bad Devil May Cry game for hardcore Devil May Cry fans, sure, but it is not a bad game. It's also the only one I have the platinum for because it's not completely insane like all the others.
I’m doing a DMC3 platinum at the moment and I’ve hit a massive roadblock with the maxing out Dante’s health achievement. I literally CANNOT find the last blue orb imao. I have 19 bars of health and 3/4 orbs. At this point I’ve reloaded an earlier save just so I can get all the orbs on one difficulty. But besides from that, getting the plat is actually pretty fun. DMD mode is surprisingly easy, it just takes awhile to actually get through it imao
@@RadTuba03 I bought all the blue orbs, did all the secret missions and double checked if I got all blue orbs available in the normal missions, including 18. I still can’t find the last orb. I’ve even done all the combat adjudicators. At this point I’m completely convinced it’s a glitch imao
There was nothing I really did that was special in particular. As you play each difficulty you naturally will get better and you definitely do not need to be god-like to obtain the platinum. There are some strategies that make Vergil a cakewalk on higher difficulties though so I’d definitely take a look at some of those for help if you need it because I sure did 🤣
Yeah DMC 4 has been a real pain for the last few weeks. Finally nearing the end though, just finished DMD S-ranks last night and have started LDK S-ranks
I only have the PS5 special edition so I’ll do that. I have to do DLCs from normal edition in special’s trophy list. Even if I had both, I’d still only do a video on the special edition because in a sense it’s the definitive version. But I hope that clears up any questions you may have 😁
It’s all included with the definitive edition which is what I’ll be playing. Have heard it’s a fairly fun game just a trash story but I am looking forward to it especially after the pain that is DMC 4

Have you bought all the blue orbs? If so maybe it’s the orb at mission 18 where you have to defeat all the bosses again.
