This is to put an end to what is the best Jollof rice around :)

Ingredients
750g Beef on the bone
1/2 medium green pepper
1 Bulb garlic
2 medium onions
1 maggi cube
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp white sugar
Salt to taste
Scotch bonnet
Meat seasoning
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Maggie cube
Stir fry
Cabbage
Carrot
1/4 small onions
1/2 tsp garlic
1 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Cooking time- 1hr 30mins

Yes a little bit of sugar gives the food a nice balance.
I add a little bit of sugar to balance the dish out. It just bumps up the flavor more 😊
