Mahi Mahi !!!
I was riding my bike on the Gulf of Thailand and the local fishermen offered me a Mahi Mahi. I did not know who to cook it or really anything about it.
We spend about 2 months per year in Thailand. So NOW, every time I ride by, I look to see if they have any. However, I cannot complain because the delicious Asian Seabass (barramundi) is plentiful.
The scene of the kids painting make me so "homesick" for our 6 Grandchildren in Thailand. Thank you so much for sharing. :)
Maybe do a “Catch and Teal” type segment that would great. Even could have “Dilemma with Emma” 😊

Sail all day and stay all night is teals schedule .. along with fishing ,eating and sleeping..now that's a tough schedule to adhere to 24 hours a day
. I think I might find time to drink a thickened epoxy on the rocks with that tight schedule teal and enjoy paradise for another day or so... Esp with every catch instantly whipped into food for the gods by Linh.... Nice paintings by everyone ... what an artist is that painted that blue doggie ..I loved that picture, she has a future in art being so artistic. Id be happy if I could just draw a straight line

Linh, try dorado fried with some pepper and salt, on a flour tortilla spread with a chipotle mayo mix. Add some shredded cabbage, lime, avocado and top it off with a mango "pico de gallo" (onion, serrano, cilantro and mango or pineapple). 😊

I am an artist and professional illustrator. A wise art teacher once taught me that you never put drink cups or food bowls on your worktable. Paint is toxic, and I can't tell you how many of my artist friends (we attract each other) have accidentally taken a huge gulp of their toxic paint water or dipped their brush into their coffee/water/soda. Trust me, this is not a fun experience.
That said, the girls did an amazing job on their paintings.

Emma, this tip is for you as a violin player...you might enjoy this channel Karolina Protsenko Violin...she mostly has performances on the mall outdoors in Santa Monica, California. It can be hard to continue music (at least for me) without some inspiration. But it is rewarding in the long run, so if you can , keep giving some snippets now and then.

Okay, here's the dumb landlubber question of the day. How is a mooring ball anchored? They seem to be pretty solid.
Never ever 100% trust a mooring for security. Over the years we have seen mooring anchors from cement blocks to jack screws to car engines. Typically it's not the anchor itself that is the problem but the hardware that attaches it to the float. I never sleep easy while on a mooring, and for good reason. You are putting your life and safety in someone else's hands. And who knows the condition of the connection of the fittings below the surface of the water. It is always a crap shoot.

i always felt horrible hooking a dorado. the mate often followed the boat for miles looking for her man. not to lay a guilt trip on you, just saying...fair winds.
