Thanks Omar for pointing out the printing issue. Its not stopping me from buying it and I doubt anyone else who planned on purchasing this now wouldnt. Which I am not sure if that speaks worse on the readers or Marvel.
That one little panel doesn't bother me at all. I own old Viz Media books. Kids these days wouldn't have made it back then with all the misprints we had.

This book is great, to release it with a known error is a huge we don’t give damn, just buy it type of attitude. Bur how is it possible that Marvel hasn't corrected a major panel error from the second printing that hadn't been in the first? That's monumentally sloppy and extremely disrespectful to fans. So I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my pre-order and buying the Kindle/Comixology version instead. Otherwise, I might be tempted to buy a hypothetical corrected fourth or fifth printing again when it comes out. I need to cool down and think about this, but this kind of attitude on Marvels part, not so much the error itself, should be a deal breaker for any rational person.

I love Daredevil he’s one of my favorites and I appreciate the transparency with Omar in this video.The missing issues and the misprint are going to be a pass for me. The fact that Marvel didn’t make any changes to the book makes me feel like they didn’t care to fix the problem from the second printing.
Very happy you showed the Unusual Suspects tpb here...i found a like new copy on ebay and pulled the trigger. I wanted these omnis but was unhappy i would have to get the modern Epics to get it all...not anymore.
I will not be buying this Omnibus. I'm collecting the Bendis Daredevil Modern Epics instead because they collect the ENTIRE run with NO MISSING issues.
I have canceled my pre-order of this physical omnibus and bought the Kindle/Comixology version because of the sloppily uncorrected printing error on page 8-9 of the Daredevil #39. Now I have compared it with the video, and those pages are correct in the Comixology version! The printing error is not there! So if anyone here doesn't find the error acceptable, just like me, you might consider buying the e-comic version instead of the printed one as well. It's significantly cheaper too. If this error is corrected in the 4th printing, I will probably still buy the physical omni then, but until that happens, or if it doesn't, I can live with the e-comic.

Not correcting a know misprint is a colossal oversight for a $100 reprint; especially after Spider-man by Spencer v2 was missing a whole page. Folks would be getting fired over that kind of thing in other industries

The day has finally come.
I pre-ordered this back in May. It's probably one of, maybe my most, anticipated books of the year.
