No that's not okay. Not at all! From a business owner I could NEVER tell my customers "that's just how we are here in Kentucky". No when I mess up I tell them, ask for a chance to make it right then I work my butt off to do what I said I would do!
I live in GA now. But I miss Meijer. Once you start shopping there you wont ever wanna go to Target again. Meijers are very clean, well stocked and employees so nice.

Try CASTOR OIL on your daughters skin too. I just started using it on my face, Im 63, and saw a big difference witin a couple days. It heals, hydrates, helps with soooooo many things. Research fo yourself! ❤

As for submission, I think it's best to come up with solutions to problems where you are both happy. Your back room looks great! Hubby's hair looks nice either way he cuts it. That is crazy to hear all these problems you guys are having with your house. When we lived in Columbus, we did not have problems like that. however, Columbus ppl doesn't want to drive so good luck trying to get anyone to come out there that is not already in the area.

You have to be there while the work is being done, to oversee the work being done. There are hiccups in getting things done
Of course and we were here. There’s hiccups that occurred that could’ve been avoided if we were dealing with competent people. We’ve gotten stuff down before and we’ve never experience such issues. This is our 4th home

I was struggling to get through my one year Bible have 4 kids, homeschooling and hosting a ministry so this year I decided to do the New Testament one year Bible and it's been a GAME CHANGER! My time with the Lord in the morning is so rich and though it's short, it's certainly fulfilling. I got my One Year NT Bible on amazon and it's also very pretty (idk what that adds to the experience 😂)
Also, I love Milena's channel too! I have a hard time with her because sometimes it's convicting the things she talks about and sometimes I just plain can't relate (which is why I'm glad I found your channel) but overall, she and her husband are such an encouragement!

So hopefully you guys have insurance if the tree does fall. But I'm telling for energy reasons leave those trees alone. My neighbor just cut a beautiful tree down because she randomly started fearing it may fall on thier house. She now regrets it because there is no longer any shade in that side of the house and is about to plant yet another tree. Smh. Don't cut trees down just cause something might happen. Nothing may happen as well. This is comming from someone who has tress all around the house. One of the branches of my favorite tree fell on our house two yeas ago. That tree is older than this house which is almost 100 years old. Insurance payed for the roof and the tree is still standing helping me save on energy bills and giving me the most chill amazing shade so we can continue to enjoy our backyard. Just saying 😜.
We do. We have so many for them and I would love to cut a few down and have more space to put a big shed close to the house. But I’ll see what happens. The company is booked until the end of August anyways

In regards to submission statement , I would weigh what my husband says against the Bible. For example with the financial example you gave , there’s also scriptures about being good stewards of what we have (1 Corinthians 4:7), or the borrower is slave to the lender (Proverbs 22:7-9 )etc . Therefore , Knowing what the Bible says it would be hard submitting to debt because it goes against what the Bible says but I guess that why our husband need to be in the word and seek God for Goodly wisdom and guidance. (But as you stated , it might be a wisdom issue ) dang that’s good . I guess prayer is the key.

Just curious, before confirming with that business for home repairs did y’all get estimates from other companies??? I understand the condition of the home probably requires quick repairs, but sometimes that can lead to lousy work/ waste of time and money…. Even The Lord’s Mercy and Grace runs out, it’s ok to put some fire under these people and demand that they treat YOU with respect! You’re a paying customer and at this point they are not respecting your time or your money. 😩
On another note while I LOVE your healthy eating and food choices, I would STRONGLY recommend getting the family off of the pork. No matter if it’s organic or not, their flesh is highly toxic. Poisonous rattlesnakes cannot even kill it and if you research the trichinae worm that is in the flesh, that microscopic worm can survive cooking temperatures! Lastly, Jesus did not eat swine flesh nor did he or his followers touch’s its carcass! Read Leviticus 11: 7-9 !
Only saying this out of love because all you give to your family is love and life, but it hurts me to see us eat this animal that we never consumed prior to being brought over here from our motherland.
