Happy must have a bad memory. I remember him making a rant video during No Sweat to complain about lack of updates and how they screwed up everything about that event. A stage with nothing happening. No dirtbikes. No skateboarding. Etc.
I loved that he was being honest about how terrible it was. I think this terrible summer event made him forget how bad the last one was.

Wilds wasn't too bad, the boomerangs, the flowers (like shield flowers), more grind rails, etc where fun.
Wilds is way too overhated. Sure, it wasn't great, but it actually had some pretty good updates and had way more to offer than Primal did. Also, not counting collabs/holiday events or season launch, Wilds had more updates than Mega did. Wilds added 4 new guns, unvaulted 4 guns and items, added a new heal and item, and had more permanent map changes than Mega did with one new gun, one gun unvault and cracks that didn't last long and even some in places that weren't touched later. Back to the main discussion with Wilds and Primal, the only thing Primal added were two exotics hard to obtain and the recycler...

And primal made you walk across half the map unable to shoot for some stupid low grav boots, and people are defending that? I had fun in both, but looking back the guns were terrible
I was bored during Wilds. I actually quit Fortnite during Primal. Primal is still the worst season along with C2S1. I wish I'd just taken the entire Chapter 2 off outside of C2S2.

The anime mythics need to go away yesterday, though, and the jungle biome is a mess and summer updates are officially dead. Rotation also took a big step back.
I can't say anything nice about Primal. I quit at the start of Primal and didn't really return until C3S1.

Primal had an event and GOOD unique features

Yeah honestly I think people over hate the primal season, I’m not saying it was that good. But wilds is a cheap and way worse ripoff of ch1 season 8, like at least primal actually did some unique stuff
Primal had a good bp, and added game changing features like wildlife, also the crafting system was cool, the only issue is how terrible the makeshift weapons were, and they removed normal weapons from the general loot pool only able to be crafted, so you would go the entire match with terrible loot.
In other words, primal wasn't that bad, epic just executed the crafting system poorly which pretty much ruined the whole season.
Meanwhile last season was pretty terrible, the battle pass sucked other than lorenzo, and the game just felt really sweaty, also the gameplay was just boring so I practically quit halfway through only coming on every so often to do challenges.
So overall I'd have to say that wilds was by far the worst.
At the final week of wilds I wasn’t even playing battle royale but most of my xp came from creative, wilds just bore me to death and they made its life time my summer break 😔

I feel like last season was better because primal changes the guns too with the parts system. The only season they did good with a jungle was season 8 from chapter 1 and if they wanna do something like a jungle they should do it like that again
Wilds gameplay is much worse because it has a hole in the middle of the map that made it very annoying when trying to rotate you can't see anything because of the plants everywhere
Honestly I think if we didn’t have to craft primal and mechanical weapons it would have been a really good season
i kinda liked wilds, it did what primal was trying to do, the only reason i disliked primal was bc of the primal weapons and crafting, but the gunplay of wilds was really fun

@@md3vmc793His point is that it wasn't original. Although we can't be sure that Fortnite copied Zelda, and even if they did, it was still original to Fornite.
That said, I couldn't care less about originality if the content isn't GOOD.
I personally ABSOLUTELY despised Wilds. It was incredibly boring, especially for summer break. At least Primal had very unique and fun content (for me at least), really great story, good event, and i actually liked the crafting mechanic.
For some reason, in this video specifically, Happy sounds like the “Burger King foot lettuce” guy.
Wilds was definitely better in my opinion. The only reason it gets that much hate is the summer event. Wilds had a really fun and creative lootpool. Primal's lootpool was super inconsistent. And crafting was awful in that season. You could argue Primal had more content. But Wilds had better content. Primal didnt even feel like a Fortnite season, meanwhile Wilds was still creative but still kept the Fortnite formula.
On the internet, people are ALWAYS going to say the most recent thing. Primal weapons were awful. Animals suck and Primal had more than any other season. The map was ugly and super old. We'd been on it for 2 years at that point.
Wilds was just a mid season. Very forgettable, but not outright bad like Primal was. Also keep in mind that Wilds was around 2 weeks shorter than Primal as well.
I feel like I'm one of the few who actually didn't mind Primal. Compared to other seasons, sure, it wasn't great, but I found the new loot pool refreshing, plus I love the bows. The battle pass was alright, on par with Wilds imo but as someone who loves lore, and writing, I think I have to actually prefer Primal, just because the story continued, made sense and was felt throughout. Rather disappointed with the storyline at the moment, and I think that's what makes Wilds not as good for me.
Probably doesn't help with the nostalgia factor. Primal was the last season one of my best friends played with us before he moved on to other games, and one of our other friends also got into the game at that point, so we constantly had a squad ready to go, which felt awesome, which we don't now, sadly.

I have been playing since chapter 1 season two, but me personally, I think chapter 4 was the only chapter with no bad season.

I actually enjoyed wilds i liked the new biome and i like all the weapons or items they added or brought back plus with fun, goofy, spammy or OP weapons added a little more fun to the game.
Funny how both seasons are related to similar things. Like how Wilds is close to the same thing as primal, and both have a new biome with prehistoric stuff.
I took one look at c2s6 and decided I wouldn’t even download the update file.

Wilds got good at the end and the loot pool was the best I’ve ever seen. There were like a million updates at the end of the season, though. I get that there wasn’t a lot to talk about, so maybe Epic needs to make more content, but it was definitely a lot better than Primal.
Wilds was better because I didn’t completely quit like I did during primal. After primal I didn’t play Fortnite again until halfway through (after the inflate a bull) season 7.

I think Wilds loot pool was fun, primal sucked because you had to forge all game and it just felt annoying to have to worry about that. I think the two main pain points of Wilds is the jungle biome and the dumb story line. The jungle area is just a place I avoid entirely due to it being lower than the other POIs and the fact you can hardly see with all the foliage. The story line is just so mixed up at this point. Is there anybody out there that actually cares at this point? They could literally tell us that all the past story line was just some kid’s dream at this point and I wouldn’t be surprised lol.

Wilds was TERRIBLE but at the same time I loved it. Idk how they messed up one of the coolest themes of a chapter but the loot pool was really cool. Season six was better
My top 5 of bad seasons from bad to worst:
5: Out of Time - Ch1 SX
(The Mechs out it on this list, without them the season would have been great)
4: New World - Ch2 S1
(The season dragged on and on and never had any updates)
3: VIBIN’ - Ch3 S3
(No updates and a bad summer event made it boring)
2: Wilds - Ch4 S4
(No updates and a mid battle pass made it bad)
1: Primal - Ch2 S6
(Terrible upgrading/crafting systems and an even worse lootpool made playing the game tiring)
Idk why everyone hated no sweat summer, a new skin or item every day and the quest were really fun, but i can’t even remember the name of the wilds summer event. NOTHING HAPPENED! the rewards were trash, the new skins were trash, the only new item was the flare gun. That pushed wilds over the deep end for me
Honestly can we call the “summer event” an event in my opinion that was a quality of life update
I think Wilds is not only the worst season in Fortnite, but the worst major update in an online game ever. The key features were either recycled from older features or useless plants that do literally nothing, and the Raptors are unbearably annoying. The battle pass was pretty bad, but the updates were horrible. The Summer Update was the worst in Fortnite History, the Futurama Update was ok but felt out of place and random, and the Jujutsu Kaisen update made me quit until Season 4. Out of all of the Anime mythics we’ve had, I have never seen more mythic spammers. I didn’t win a single game after the Jujutsu Kaisen Update because of those mythics. Not to mention the horrible map changes, boring quests, and overhyped loot temples. At least Primal had ok map changes, a good battle pass and fun quests. The mythic bosses were fun, the storyline was at it’s peak, and It was just a fun season that I have a lot of memories with. Out of every season of Fortnite, Primal is my 3rd most played, and it’s definitely one of my favorites.
At least you could ride the raptors as opposed to them just following you around. They also look cooler now
The JJK mythics were causing you to lose? Because when I was playing I bearly saw anyone use them unless they just got it out their first chest or something,for me when I used the JJK mythics I immediately stop using them because how easily they can’t hit people so they were just a liability
I liked primel but I like Jonesy and Lara Croft and foundation in the storyline.but wilds, was alright Optimus prime carried the Battle pass and other skins we're good.
To me Wilds was bad since we didn't get a live event that season. At least with Primal, we got one into the introduction of the season. Also got better storyline quests.

For the past couple of weeks fortnite had some best and worst seasons, the worst one has to be primal because it had trash weapons. Then no one likes I mean am I right or wrong? Keep up the RUclips algorithm happy and more importantly , I love all of your videos.
I actually played Wilds, I didn’t even get to level 70 despite being 100+ every other season of that chapter
i played the last 3 weeks of that chapter and got to lvl 170
The real worst season was the chrome season
Here me out: At least Primal was CREATIVE and had cool features like crafting, wildlife, and etc. The only problem with it was bad execution. Plus the battlepass was good that season, the Zero Crisis event was cool, and there *were* LTMS. WILDS didn’t do anything. Fortnite wasn’t even trying during that season: The BP was mid, the jungle biome was okay, the updates were… 💀, and it felt like a filler season. The JJK collab carried the season for me and I’d give the seasons rating a 4/10. I actually had quite fun in Primal, and the story was still interesting. In conclusion, Primal is WAY better.

Primal was good, not all weapons were good, and it was a bit lack of content, but map was nice, storyline was alright, crafting got introduced(could maybe done it in another way) but overall a decent season. Last season, well that was bad, REALLY bad 🙄
I thought the most hated was still Season X. Clearly I've missed a lot since then
I played Season X. People only hated that season because it was the worst we'd seen to that point.
Looking back, Season X is probably better than a lot of seasons since then, including most of Chapter 2, C3S3 and C4S3.

Battle pass on season 3 chapter 4 was very bad. I only played it to get v-bucks. Collaborations were boring. There was the worst summer event. No change to the map during the season. Even if chapter two season 6 had weak weapons and some stupid stuff, it wasn't as bad as the last one.
I started in chapter 2 season 5 so dont know any diifernt , felt ok to me , the only earlier reference i have is playing a bit in the very first season
We’re forgetting that chapter 2 season 3 is the literal worst season in Fortnite history.
Primal was terrible. Terrible POIs and the weapons were awful. It was weird too because once you got the parts, everyone had an epic or legendary pump. The drum shotgun was the worst. Just never put those in the game. Bots just needed to get close and point and click. Talentless.
Nothing was worse than Primals season. No one wants to craft weapons or kill animals in order to get resources. I was so glad when that was over.
Just know that fortnite gave up on holiday events
Primal kept me playing with the fun and story quests while wilds had me quit Fortnite for the entire summer because of the lack of fun and the story and the summer event was bad Definitely a trash summer season

Personally I found 16 to be much more of a drag to play. Crafting was to slow, loot pool sucked, map was balls.
Wilds was just below average to me.
Chapter 2 season 6 was the season I got my pc and I had a lot of vbucks and bubble wrap builds so I kinda enjoyed it towards the end
Wilds isnt bad but it isn't good it's kinda mid but at the end of the season when they added the grapple gloves prob fixed the loot pool
At least primal had a event+ a storyline that made sense, plus the alien abductions towards the end was a cool hint p, crafting sucked but at least you could get decent weapons from it and the gun range wasn't as bad as wild. Wild guns were mid, summer event trash bad story line and overall not fun. Id say primal wins

if it weren't for the crafting guns. I'll choose Primal all the way. Unique content and better BP. Map was good on the first week. Then became a nuisance later on. Super styles are ahh and characters are just mess. Thank god Wilds is over, hope Epic didn't repeat it again

Primal was one of my fav seasons. Wilds is my least fav. The meta was just purely broken.

I agree that fortnite season wilds was WAY worse than fortnite season primal. I took a lot more breaks throughout last season as opposed to season primal that I played all the way through to the end. I had SO much more fun in chapter 2 season 6 than last season. Last season was bland with no updates as opposed to chapter 2 season 6 that had various changes to the loot pool and map. Chapter 2 Season 6 > Chaptee 4 Season 3.
Wilds season was actually good though? The only seasons I didn’t like was chapter 2 season 5 and 6
Statistically Wilds was hot trash like Primal, but I didn't mind the season at all, in fact I quite enjoyed the gameplay. I think the Chapter 4 Graphics made it so much better to be in the jungle biome tho.
Imo primal is better than Wilds, they are both bad but primal had a better battle pass and map changes where as wilds had bad pios and just added raptor (copying primal)
I got completely bored of wilds whereas i actually played through all of primal so from my perspective primal is easily the better season. Primals flaws would have been much easier to fix than wilds as well.
Tbh, I could actually play primal, wilds was just so boring with no real storyline no real good locations. Just wasn’t fun.

The only key things that I liked about the season was Lorenzo and the Futurama ray Gun, Mammoth pistol and explosive repeater rifle.The rest was pretty alright and hot steamy garbage…

Primal > wilds , primal was in chapter 2 w , primal didnt have an ugly biome at all just some ugly orange grass scattered around the map , but in wilds we had the citadel biome witch was bad , primal better NPCs and a better bp and i never thought id say we got a secret skin worse than neymar (mewscles) and dinosaurs sucked but sucked even more in wilds

Imo, Primal was WAY worse than Wilds, idk how but I just really enjoyed last season because I got level 330 or so lol and in primal I got like level 150-200, and the load out was way better than primal’s ever was
