One thing I had on my last build using used rocker pedestals… one rocker wasn’t sitting on the center of the valve stem (clocked slightly), even when trying different rockers. The pedestals were worn slightly. New ones were cheap and all the rockers were perfect on the valve stems.

Great video and don't forget head shim under spring! Notes, drawings or photos are easy today. Great catch on valve stems as they are different.
