    Hi Shintaro, great video. Would love to see a video on that korean seoi nage when they try to get the inside position, as its a situation us lefties get into a lot.

    Is there a belt higher than black or are you not quite a black belt yet?

      There are traditionally ten levels of black belt, or Dans. Once you reach black belt, you are Sensei, Instructor. Usually it is a black belt with a single white bar on it, for 1st Dan. Once you reach a higher grade (dependant on the school you’re with, and usually around 5th or 6th Dan), you receive a red and white belt.
