very good video... my fuel gauge shows reading even when the scooter is in off position.. i think that the wires are shorting at the switch point.. but the gauge level does not show full
When the ignition is turned off the fuel meter does not display any reading whether analog or digital This could be a problem with the meter, possibly due to a stuck needle or rust inside it
You won't know without opening the meter but try shorting the last coupler in the wiring that comes from inside the tank to the sender unit once See if the needle goes all the way to full and returns to the end If it doesn't then the problem is likely inside the meter
To check whether it's working or not you can attach it but the chances of it working are low If it does work you might need to calibrate the needle I'll let you know about that later first let's check if it's working or not
एक बात बताए जैसा कि आपने बोला कि फ्यूल गेज अगर सही रीडिंग ना दे तो पट्टी को सही जगह पर लाना होगा ये कैसे पता लगेगा कि पट्टी अपनी सही जगह पर आ गयी है क्योंकि जिस तार पर पट्टी लग कर चलती है उस वायर पर पट्टी को कहा सेट करने है ये कैसे पता लगेगा हमने भी कोशिश की ओर दिक्कत भी ये ही थी कि 1 से डेढ़ लीटर पेट्रोल का तो पाया ही नही चलता था मतलब सुई नही उठती थी पर जब गेज में जो लोहे की डंडी लगी होती है उसको थोड़ा ऐठा तो रीडिंग तो सही आने लगी पर फिर हुआ ये की बाइक में अगर 2 लीटर पेट्रोल है पर बाइक 40 किलोमीटर चली तो वो ही सुई बिल्कुल टँकी खाली दिखाने लगती है

@@RepairingGyaanyes if the current is off then it must be the meter needle is stuck due to rust will wd40 help

the meter needle of the fuel gauge came out from the winding socket.... can i just attach it back and will it work@@RepairingGyaan
