Parkour aced is a death a trap to this build should you reload as you are always comitting it. Yes melee cancel exists but with the spoon its more ineffective than the other melees, the swing speed is really slow and it rely on its fire RNG to stun.
Also for a build around the melee, it's seems it's more of an after thought since you are only going to use your guns more instead of the spoon without melee skills.

I dont think it was actually 5,000,000 enemies you had to kill to get it, I got the golden spoon by killing a hundred just today, I think it was a troll and the 5 million was actually 5 with unnecessary decimals.

This is definitely a build of all time. Akimbo Gols get 1 shot headshot heavy without shotgun impact aced, parkour aced is meh, this is a build around a melee weapon and you took nothing to make it better? Just use any of the util melees and it would be 20x better. Overall a super well edited video just the build makes no sense for it. On the topic of the spoon far from the best melee in the game its weakness isn't really all in the conceal but its swing and reswing speed.
