If this does not stop the attacker then concentrated sulphuric acid will simply squirt from the seat and from the wheel on to the attacker. If this does not stop him then the frong wheel will suddenly stop wheels he is at top speed.
Was the guy in blue with them? It seems that he arrives when they are already trying to unlock the wheel and he asks them what they are doing. He also seems to use his phone to take a picture of the guy and another picture of the parked bike without the front wheel. If that's the case he could use those to report the incident to the police.
