To be fair it's kinda funny that you need a good CPU for this game . Now i know what y'all are thinking . But let me explain in this steam rereleased version it's rather impossible to play with a low PC or even a really good PC . Simply put if you don't downgrade this game its unplayble . Like literally when you play it on a good PC it can be stuck on loading screens , guess it happens because of the sdd or something.
why be happy with 1080p? Look at all the jaggies. If you have a 3060 you should be able to play this on 4k 60fps, and if you only have a 1080p monitor no problem, just use nvidia DSR and enable 4k, it will shrink it back down to fit to your screen and all the aliasing will be gone.
The 3060 does this game alot of justice. But it is a evening drive more or less. Looks really beautiful and unique

There's something in GTAIV. I don't know what it is exactly, maybe nostalgia, but for me, somehow, it's still the best gta yet.
It is best in 99% aspects of the game.

I downgraded the game & I still get lots of frame drops
