PCC expiry at 2 years from date of mentioned on it. Before COVID it was valid for 1 year only.
It is valid for 6 month only
Do they ask zerox copies for all documents or verify only originals?
For the civil documents like marriage certificate, PCC, Birth Certificate, passport, and photos need to be original. Also you need to have copies of it.

It took her 12 months for interview from DQ. Now it is reduce to 5-7 months.

It is usually taking around 6-8 months for an interview from DQ date. The category from CR1 to IR1 is automatically changes.

For immigrant visa, you need to visit ustraveldocs.com website to make your profile in portal and set appointment for biometrics.

For an immigrant visa you should receive a letter in email or mail.
If it is K1 visa then the consulate will ask to make appointment.

If you lived at another country for 6 months then you need PCC. But you should be ready to show passport stamp to verify your entry and exit timeframe for Canada.

Your baby can go with you but not husband.

For interview the vaccination is not important however for medical exam (they may give at that time) and visa issuance it is important to complete both dosage.

The topic of documents is very broad to type here. We will make a video about it. In regards to petitioner, other than applicant no one is allowed inside.

If there is a minor below 17 yrs applicant the petitioner can go with them. Also if there is disability to applicant then also it is possible.

You go to your visa interview and then it is decided your visa is approved or not. After your interview it usually takes 5-7 days.

If the petitioning spouse is citizen when file petition then it may take around 2 yrs. If the spouse is green card holder then it may take 3 yrs. It varies based on the case and how soon you apply for visa application later.

Do they have locker for keeping mobile phones?
The consulate may have a locker to keep before security to keep your phone. But we did not use it.

It is currently taking 7-9 months at least. If you husband can become US Citizen it can speed up the process.

My dq was dec 2020 and have received the interview letter now for next week. So you can calculate the approximate time. Hopefully they will process the interviews in coming future.

It takes around 30-45 days. You can only contact USCIS after 90 days.

Hello sir hope you doing well ! I hv question regarding PPC , I have interview next Month in 1st week in Mumbai consulate. I had got my india pcc in December 2020 while submitted nvc portal in civil documents, after than now I got interview call so I am applied for new pcc now but I am not sure that I will get on time or not so if I caring my previous pcc which is issues in December 2020 is it valid or not
Book your appointment for new pcc .. if possible get new pcc
PCC are valid for 2 years as per our knowledge.

PCC is valid for 2 years. But you can always get a new PCC if you want on safer side.

I want to know that in my spouse visa interview I was asked to submit pcc where I studied and handover me 221/g letter.so I want to ask how much time they take to issue me visa
You need to submit that. It may take about 60 days usually after submission of additional documents but you can only able to ask status after 180 days.
