Awesome leg control from Master Tan Tao Liang.Would have made a brilliant villain, with the likes of Kwan Young Moon,Hwang in sik, Hwang Jang Lee,Casanova Wong and even John Liu.The Legfighters always made the best villains.
So Tan Do Liang emigrated to Monterey Park, a Chinese community suburb of the larger Los Angeles area on the west coast of the U.S. There, he opened a combination TKD school and educational academy, meaning students could learn after school tutoring there as well as TKD lessons. However, while he operated this school for a period of years, he rarely made any public appearances or public demonstrations so his program was very low profile.
@@buyungadil1 Yes, we all know that. But, in the Chinese world when conversing about martial art, the term kung fu can be used to include any specific type of martial art. For example, I can say to someone else, ..."I really enjoy practicing kung fu." His reply may be....":what kind do you practice......Tai-ji or kick boxing?" My answer could be..."No, I practice TKD.".....or...."I practice Hapkido"........or "I practice Eagle Claw....". In other words, the term "Kung fu" can be used both in a specific way or in a global way. Also, it can be used in reference to any kind of trade, i.e., carpentry, cooking, construction, etc. For example, after a plumber repairs a very difficult problem, I can say to him...."Sifu (master), your kung-fu is excellent !"...and he will accept it as a compliment. In Chinese, some words can have more than one definition.
Still number 1 . The best.
