I tried Gujrati food a few years back and loved it. I like south Indian food like idli, dokhla, don't know the difference which food is from where. Not Indian and never been there. Live in the west. I'm surprised there was no oil used to line the pan before smearing the batter on it. Just find that the khandvis I eat in Bombay are often so oily! I am a khandvi addict who is too afraid to make it, but this version makes it seem very doable!
