I am OBSESSED with green papaya salad and cannot help but have it alongside every meal in Thailand. That texture!! However, even when I request mild, it tends to blow my face off. It never stops me from ordering it...but your spice tolerance is clearly leaps and bounds above mine! 😂
Yes, they have their own version of mild spice. 😂. I've gained a better spice tolerance since being here in Asia. Thailand definitely puts your spice level to the test!

I like a full body massage after a usual day at a tourist walking everywhere up steps to see the temples is hard work on the muscles 💪 so a evening 🌃 massage will ease any pain and make sleep like a baby the food looks great😂 !
