Her voice itself is pure music to ears, no need of any instruments. Magical voice.
Not saying she's a bad singer at all, but if she sang this right next to you it wouldn't sound like this, it's got a heavy reverb giving it that ambiance.

@@wagner9050 yep! Its a traditional Irish instrument most Irish learn how to play in primary school. If you search it up on Google you'll find some pictures. it's sort of like a flute but smaller and higher pitched.

Your voice IS magical. Your diction is as clear while you do the song every justice. The sound is extremely melodious and what a song is about - when the instruments drown out the voice, I think it's because the singer is not as sure of themselves. Yours is beautiful. Seldom have i had the urge to travel. With that said - my grandma was able to attend a worldwide Callahan reunion in Ireland back in the 90's and though I don't remember much of the details. I have a tug on my heart to visit Ireland and I know it is because of listening to my grandma talking about her time their ......my grandma would give us all a hard time , jokingly , " when am I gonna get my little red head " she had 5 kids , 17 grandkids - which is where I come into the picture . She got her little red head when my son was born (her great grandson ) - I miss her so much even after all these years ....and she loved all of us very much but my son had a special spot in her heart. Listening to this brought back some very good memories - thank you !

I have recently Irish ancestry (great grandparents), and I recently went to Ireland to see their old cabin as well as the country as a whole. Traditional Irish music and dancing is so cool! Best part of being there (+ the lamb shank). I hope to study abroad so I can hear these songs in pubs again.
