Cool project, those cordless multitools are awesome for cutting fiberglass.

Any tips for getting the sump out. Definitely finding it a challenge working under the back seats to get the last bit out.

I suggest having a look at the stringer cores man. Just pulled ours out and they were in pretty poor shape yet looked okay before I took off a bit of the fibreglass tabbing. Love the vids, when’s the next one?

Did you do a test drill into the stringers like you did with the transom? My stringers in a similar aged Savage Commander are completely rotten and wet/powdery and I'm in the process of replacing them all. Looking forward to seeing your project develop.

i seen that cut through the hull coming, due to you steadily tempting fate by cutting towards it constantly.

How much of the fiberglass that you pulled out will you replace? Are you going to make your own design in forward section or restore it to it's original design? Any big plans for the 12v and accessories? Keep the videos coming!

Probably most of it. The new floor is going in now. Haven't decided about the front section yet, I think it will be mostly similar to the original but we will extend it slightly to make it bigger. 12V plan not sure yet but the spotlight is working!!!

rofl you aussies call everything under your feet a floor. the ground you call the floor, the deck of a boat you call the floor, atleast you got 1 floor correct and that's the floor in buildings.
